The Lakeridge Community Association is participating in the 2016 InMotion Go Out and Play Challenge. This is a physical activity tracking challenge from March 1-10, 2016. The Community with the most minutes will win $10,000 in support of a community project. Lakeridge will use the grand prize to help replace the 25-year old community playground adjacent to Lakeridge Public School. Winning this challenge will help us get closer to our goal of completing Phase 1 this summer!
Lakeridge is competing against 4 other communities (Moose Jaw, City Park, Willowgrove and Eastview).
Anyone, anywhere in Canada can track for this project!
It’s easy; here’s what you need to do:
1. Be physically active every day – go out and play!
2. Create a profile on the challenge website: challenge.saskatchewaninmotion.ca
3. Log your physical activity towards the SASKATOON LAKERIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION project every day from March 1 – 10, 2016.
Every minute counts! Please pass this e-mail along to everyone you know – friends, family, neighbours – and encourage them to get active and register their minutes too. ANYONE, ANYWHERE IN CANADA CAN LOG ACTIVITY TO SUPPORT OUR PROJECT – PLEASE SHARE!
