FREE Chess Workshop Wed Jun 10

The WCA is pleased to announce a FREE chess workshop on Wednesday June 10 from 6:00 – 7:30pm in the Bishop Pocock School Community Room (behind the Gym) hosted by our chess instructor, former U20 Swedish Chess Champion Arash Abdollahzadeh, FIDE rating 2139.

Register to participate here (the workshop is FREE with a membership to either the WCA or any other Saskatoon Community Assocation).

We are hosting this workshop to help grow the chess community in Saskatoon and in response to community requests for opportunities to learn and improve at chess for people who are unable to attend our Tuesday and Thursday chess classes. If the response and attendance at this first workshop is strong, we hope to host many more!
