Simultaneous Chess Exhibition

This event is FREE and open to families, kids, and anyone interested in chess (no prior experience needed to come watch)!

Warm up with FREE hot chocolate, watch real chess in action, and let your kids discover a game that:
Improves focus, concentration, encourages logical and deeper thinking, builds patience and problem-solving skills, is fun, social, and surprisingly addictive!

A Simultaneous Chess Exhibition (Simul Chess) is a special event where one strong chess player plays against up to 20 players at the same time, moving from board to board. It’s fast, exciting, yet relaxed and a welcoming way to experience chess up close.

Our host, Mr. Abdollahzadeh, will be alternating playing as black and white on each board, and intends to vary the openings and strategies he plays in order to showcase an interesting range of styles and set up an epic challenge for himself! Will he be able to win all 20 games? Will some of our competitors be able to force a draw or even a win? It’ll be a fun and exciting event either way!

To register to play in the exhibition, head over to our registration page and select the program called “$0 Chess Simul Player Registration”
